Our story

Archer Investment Properties, LLC is a family-owned real estate investment company based in Reading, Pennsylvania. Over our years in real estate, including the last three building Archer, we have focused on one thing: buying distressed and tax sale properties and turning them into safe, quality housing.

We started from a simple belief that profit and purpose do not have to conflict. The houses other people walk away from, the inherited properties, the tax sales, the homes that have sat damaged or vacant, are exactly the ones we know how to bring back. Under the right ownership and a real renovation, they become assets again, and the neighborhood gets a little stronger.

How we work

When you sell a property to us, you know what to expect: a fair price, straightforward terms, and a closing on your timeline. There are no agent commissions and no repairs to make. We are investors buying directly, not agents listing your house.
